Cheats. They will change your mobile number on your own request but will come back to you after 2-3 years stating legal actions with some amount pending. Common sense change of number can take place only after clearance of all due bills. But they will randomly charge you and if you ask for an itemised bill also they refuse to share.

This is sick.I filled up a recharge of 200.Got a message deducting 30 rs for my monthly msg renewal pack.After 4 days again the same message and dedeuction.Tried all customer care numbers but i am not being directed to executive.Then again I get message deducting money for call alerts service and news alert service which i havent applied for.Again no facility for lodging complain.Reliance sucks!
