The worst service ever. starting from customer care executives to Reliance store people , call rate, Internet speed .... just disgusting. I am definitely not keeping this for one more week and will also suggest others to shift to any other services.

HELLO SIR, my name is LOVISH WATTS.. and number is 8528492887. at 4/10/15 my number was recharged for 10 gb 3g data.. but i got only 3 gb data..
i called your executive at 4 oct approximately after 2 hours of recharge and he said that data will be credited in 6 hours..
than i called again at 5th oct. and than your executive said that wait for 72 hours..
today i called your executive.. she said that data was credited after 3 minutes of recharge but it was lapsed, and now she cannot write the complaint because time is passed..
WHAT IS MY FAULT.. ?

I Buy my Reliance number this year. I have a very BAD EXPERIENCE regarding Reliance. My balance (rs 40) was deducted by the company for no reason and when i call the customer care thay bid not refund it after saying that this amount is refundable and they immediately disconnect the call. This time i spoke to GURJINDER from Reliance.
When second time i call immediately other guy pick up the call ( I forget the mane but if hint provided by the reliance i can came to know about that person as well.) and same thing happen.
This things happens on 21 September 2015 and they block me to call from customer care. Now I am not able to call to customer care. Please let me know when this issue will be resolved by the company or shoud i switch to different operator??
This is a kind of harassment by the company.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
